Anger Leads to Abuse
Num 22:27-29
27 When the donkey saw the angel of the LORD, she lay down under Balaam, and he was angry and beat her with his staff.
28 Then the LORD opened the donkeyīs mouth, and she said to Balaam, "What have I done to you to make you beat me these three times?"
29 Balaam answered the donkey, "You have made a fool of me! If I had a sword in my hand, I would kill you right now."

Jealousy and Anger Blinds True Love
Saul was so jealous of David, that he wanted him killed. When Johnathan, Saulīs beloved son, seemed to be protecting David, Saul tried to kill even Johnathan because of his great jealous and anger over David.
Donīt let jealousy control you, if it does it will even blind you from the things and the people that truely matter the most.
1 Sam 20:30-34
30 Saulīs anger flared up at Jonathan and he said to him, "You son of a perverse and rebellious woman! Donīt I know that you have sided with the son of Jesse to your own shame and to the shame of the mother who bore you?
31 As long as the son of Jesse lives on this earth, neither you nor your kingdom will be established. Now send and bring him to me, for he must die!"
32 "Why should he be put to death? What has he done?" Jonathan asked his father.
33 But Saul hurled his spear at him to kill him. Then Jonathan knew that his father intended to kill David.
34 Jonathan got up from the table in fierce anger; on that second day of the month he did not eat, because he was grieved at his fatherīs shameful treatment of David.

Overcome Evil with Good
Rom 12:19-21
19 Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave room for Godīs wrath, for it is written: "It is mine to avenge; I will repay," says the Lord.
20 On the contrary: "If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head."
21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Are You Quick Tempered?
Titus 1:7-8
7 Since an overseer is entrusted with Godīs work, he must be blameless-- not overbearing, not quick-tempered, not given to drunkenness, not violent, not pursuing dishonest gain.
8 Rather he must be hospitable, one who loves what is good, who is self-controlled, upright, holy and disciplined.

Get Rid of It!
Eph 4:31-32
31 Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice.
32 Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
